The trim gauge on my 2002 Yamaha SX250TXRA is not reading fully down when the motor is trimmed down.
When the motor is tilted up, I can locate the trim sensor lever and operate it with my finger and when I push it fully down the gauge correctly indicates the motor is fully down. However, the motor itself when trimmed down, does not seem to push the sensor lever fully down.
Is there any adjustment on the trim sensor lever to allow me to calibrate the gauge?
If not, what else should I check/do?
