Hello, i have a 1996 volvo penta outdrive. I just recently got this and the engine runs great but one day i went out to lift the engine up so i could move it nothing happened. i press the button to lift it up and not a single thing happens no noise or anything i checked if there was power getting back to the solenoid and there is power back there but still theirs nothing happening. i would think that if the solenoid was bad it would make a noise or something but its completely silent. what could be wrong? i need to know because i cant get my outdrive up without it.
