On my 84 70hp Johnson.. Finished the tune- up in the order the book says . still cant get the idle to be at 700-750. Its at about 1000 in neutral . When I put it in gear in drops to about 700. If I adjust the idle screw anymore , when I put it in gear it stalls ...any Advice would be helpful.. thanks..............
