1987 Four Winns 215 sundowner speedometer need help

So the tubing that runs on the outside of the boat for the water pressure to the speedometer was sun damaged and corroded away, its about a 3foot long section. Where can i find this tubing or the diameter of it so i can repair and replace. should i just splice in a new section?
