I have just had a 4000 Gen ll Panel Mount Throttle/Shift Control (part No.8M0011214) put on a 90hp - 2006 Merc....My issue is the throttle will not stay at a given RPM, it keeps slipping back. From what I can garner there is no tension control on the unit, the tension is factory set. Maybe the tension can be set on the engine.....Any ideas?
