Tilt/trim pump filling

Could someone fill me in on how to check and top of the fluid in my trim pump? It does not have a reservore looks more like a filter on the bottom of the pump motor! Its an 84 mr drive thanks

that is the reservoir. should be a plug on the side of the block between the motor and reservoir.
