Carb questions??

Have a set of carbs. They are from a 87/85hp Force.
Tillitson WE-9-1 ( 3/86)
" WE-9-2 (4/86)
" WE-9-2 (5/86)

Any body know what the #s are in in the brackets?

I have no idea but they seem to follow the format for month/year. That would be my guess???
