fuel pump help

imagejpeg_2_3.jpgso I bought a 1965 evinrude 9.5 sportwin I am rebuilding carb and gonna replace fuel pump but fuel pump I pulled off doesn't look like the part it calls for I will post pic of the fuel pump I pulled off. the reason I am doing all of this is the engine will only run at full throttle and I have to pump the ball so gas gets to the carb. If any other suggestions please leave them

i have the 9.5 seahorse, I had to replace the fuel pump. save yourself the headache and swap the coils and points, condensers, pretty easy to to do and inexpensive, I'm currently waiting for Carb parts. you have the original round old school fuel pump, the new one is that square one that all this outboards take now,
