I'm looking at buying a 1996 Milan 21' Open Bow boat. I can't find much information out there at all about Milan boats. Here is what I know about the boat so far:

Year: 1996
Manufacturer: Milan Sport Boats (no longer in business but used to be out of Eugene, OR I believe)
Model: 206DX (Open Bow)
Length: 21 feet
Beam: 8.5 feet (I believe)
Engine: Kodiak 5.7L V8 310HP (carb not fuel injected)
Sterndrive: Alpha One
Hours: A little over 200 hours / 0 hours in salt water (according to the current owner)

Does anyone know anything about the Milan boats? Are they good/well-built boats? Has anyone owned one and what was your experience with them? Also, any idea of what the value of a boat like this should be (no info at all on this on the web)?

Is it good to own a boat that is rare like that or does it make it a lot harder to own (hard to find parts, etc)?

I'm newer to buying/owning boats (owned a 1986 Bayliner Cuddy Cabin but never got it running and in the water so want one that is less work this time) so any other general info on what I should be considering/looking at would be great. Thanks!
