Re: Isle of Man

YUP, that's some good racing.
My old bike mech used to race there in the 60s and 70s and had some great pics on the wall.

Re: Isle of Man

I haven't raced competitively in years but I had two places that I wanted to race but never had the chance, Isle of Man and Pikes Peak, at the time Pikes Peak was not paved all the way to the top so that was out, I did a lot of research on the Isle of Man though and found out that the racers don't do well in traditional racing, they dedicate themselves to memorizing the isle of man and the few other long distance races in Ireland

- - MOST - EXTREME - SPORT -

then when you consider how many have died in these races my wife at the time made it very clear I was not allowed LOL

I still miss Road Racing Motorcycles, never have been able to replace the adrenaline rush.

I stayed away from Motorcycles for a longtime, got a Harley a few years ago because it had "Limitations" LOL
