Does anyone happen to know the specs (type, amps and configuration) of the main fuse located on the positive lead next to the battery? "01 Bass Buggy, 02 Tracker 40 HP. Of course I should have been smart enough to look, but I didn't know what I was looking at or for at the time. The boat is 50 miles in the woods and no nearby fuse sources, so an answer could save me having to drive 100 miles if I can take one with me. Any help appreciated.

They are more than likely glass fuses. Bring an assortment. I think it's 10 zmp but it wouldn't hurt to have an assortment.

Mine uses an in line blade fuse. I bought the boat used, so it may or may not not be OEM. As Paul says, just take an assortment. You can always return what you don't use.

Are you sure it's not a "breaker" with a reset button?

Not sure if you're asking quacker or me, but mine is definitely a fuse. I suspect his is too.
