Motor Cover/Sundeck Repair

I have a 1994 OMC Sunbird 180 I/O.<br />The motor cover/sundeck has rotted loose from the piano hinges. I don't have the original wood to use for a pattern. Can someone guide me.<br />Thanks

Thanks but I was hoping to get info to find the original OMC drawing because I am unsure how the sundeck attaches to the piano hinges.
