I got this brand new Honda BF50D outboard engine and its manual calls for Engine oil 5w-30. I have 6 bottles (quarts) of Honda original marine 10w-30. Should I use this 10w-30 or should I get the 5w-30? Engine is brand new and there is no oil on it yet, so I thought to see what you guys recommend for it. I bought the 10w-30 from a honda marine authorized dealer and the guy strongly recommended to use 10w-30 even though is a BF50D new model engine, but again the manual for BF50D calls for 5W-30.
