vent holes need to be tuned?

Are the vent holes on a Turning Point Hustler prop intended to be tuned? I could not find any info on there site about tuning them.

As I understand it there are different size inserts that adjust the the vents or close them off.
They must have a "contact us" tab. Is there no indication that inserts come with the props.
Someone better acquainted with these should be along.

I have one and know nothing about changing the hole size on that prop. Only one I know of is the Laser II which has 3 or 4 sets of plugs. The larger the hole the more the slip. Need to tune each prop for the application. Why not drop Turning Point a line and ask.
