I have a 1998 bass tracker with a quicksilver 3000 Classic and the throttle button will not return out when you shift the handle forward and backward and with the button pressed it will not shift in to reverse. What returns the button am I missing a spring and the button appears to be missing an ear on the end the holds it in. Help Please
