If it is not one thing it is another, had a heck of a time getting the boat started last weekend, found out the choke was broke on the outboard, of course had to buy a new part to get it fixed, money down the hole.

Went out to fire up the fridge in the camper and smelled really strong ammonia smell, yup, cooling unit time, crap another $500 bill to get a new one and that is not counting the labor to replace it!

Like I said, if not one thing it is another!

Yep, everything you do is like that. People say it a lot for boats, but everything is like that. Buy a guitar, bike or video game console... now you have to buy... then you need to replace...

Don't sweat it just enjoy!

Do you have a good contact from your RV days as to where to send the fridge?

I already have a new cooling unit on the way, they are actually pretty easy to change out, I got one from RVcooling warehouse, it is a refurb done by the Amish, and has a 5 year warranty on it. Once I have the fridge out, it only takes about an hour to rebuild one.
