I have a 1992 evinrude 60hp that has a run/jerk run/jerk even in neutral. I think I need to sync the carbs. Is there a meter or tool I can use or any other way to adjust the fuel/air mix ?
new rebuild last year. One season of use. Doesn't feel like rough idle misfire (not continuous). Has new plugs and wires and new power unit. I ran Seafoam thru engine and carbs, didn't change anything. I adjusted carbs a little by ear and it smoothed out a little, but I wanted to fine tune the carbs better than I have.
