1995 115 Mercury outboard: As I was leaning the low idle screws I got shocked several time. For some reason I'm getting spark through the motor block. Although I have had and worked on several 2 strokes, this is my 1st outboard. I've changed plugs and wires, didn't fix the problem. the motor runs great at high rpm and idles ok. all 4 coil have good spark. does anyone know where my short may be? thanks
