70 hp 2 stroke starts for 10 seconds or so

I purchased an older Evinrude 70hp 2 stroke with my 16' ft Blue Water last August. When I go to start it, it will run for 10 seconds or so and stop. It won't restart after that.
1. The first time I start it, I use the choke by pushing the key in and holding it down while the key is turned.
2. I use the primer bulb prior to starting it.
3. After it runs for the 10 seconds or so, I try restarting and notice fuel comes out of the top carburetor.
4. It has newer plugs and are properly gapped.
5. It was running last fall just fine.
6. 50:1 fuel mixture

Please help. I'm not real familiar with 2 stroke engines.

Unfortunately the tag that provides its serial number, yr and model was missing when I bought it.

Check your spark when it quits. It should jump a 7/16 " open air gap on a spark tester.

I'm seeing a few threads of similar patterns (after coming here for mine). Perhaps you have the same issue.

Pressing the key cycles the primer solenoid. You can tap it, release it, then turn the key. As the motor starts to stumble and die, tap the primer again. See if the rpms come back up. If yes, you have idle circuit(s) plugged up in the carbs.
