first of all i will just say i own a 1989 larson with a 140 omc with a cobra outdrive. initially the problem was intermittent the outdrive would go up and only go down with several clicks of the switch. now the outdrive is stuck in the up position and when i engage trim button you only hear the solenoid not trim motor. i cleaned every connection i could and still nothing. i took the plug apart between the solenoid and the trim motor one side shows 12.5 volts and the other less than 3 volts. does this mean that mean one of the trim solenoids is toast?
