Vibration & thumping 1100-1900 rpms

Have a vibration that shakes whole boat with a thumping type noise between 1100-1900 rpms. Someone said might be Link & Sync???? Any thoughts?? Prop & shaft seem fine.

It could also be an ignition miss.
