I have just replaced the bushings for my trim cylinder(total of 8) and i still have a little bit of play when lift the outdrive by hand up and down. My question, is this normal, do they make an oversized bushing?

I'm no expert but I've actually heard of the pistons inside the trim cylinders coming loose. You may want to try searching this site or the "Club Sea Ray" site for threads regarding this problem. I've definitely read about it recently on one of these two sites. Good luck.

Its not the piston, i can see the rod that connects both cylinders move in the outdrive housing a little bit.
