audible alarm fited or not ???

Does the 1997 5.7GLI Engine have a audible alarm system,never hear any alarms,how would I know if my engine has one ???

Alarms for overheat and low oil pressure were standard items on all LK models.

Look for the oil and temp switches on your engine. They will both have a tan wire with black stripe.
