Hope everybody is having a good day. As stated in the title my motor keeps bogging out after 3000rpm. It doesn't turn off. The boat and motor was sitting down for 2.5 years with no use. I changed the water/fuel sep and I also changed the spark plugs since I was told that could have been the problem. It's still doing the same thing. Any help will be really appreciated. Thank you.
