I have a '93 evinrude 48 spl and the other day while I was using it the throttle would not respond when pushing the control forward. When I took off the cover I could manually push the lever down near the carb in order for it to work. Some where by the motor one if the levers are stuck, looks like to me underneath the flywheel. Can anyone help me, need it for a tourney next weekend n no mechanic near me can fix it by then.
