Is my trailer bowing?

I recently bought the boat and trailer a few months ago. Of course, he assured me everything was fine.
I put a bunch of silicone in there because it had a couple holes due to water settling there.

I'm assuming the "dip" is normal, but I wasnt sure if the top sides were supposed to "pinch" in.

Thanks for any info!

Yes that's normal and the holes are supposed to be there to drain the water

really? because its all "bubbled" up like it got surface rust and then someone painted over it (not uniform holes)

well depends... holes are not surface rust... if it's rusted all the way through you MAY be in need of new crossmembers...

drilled holes are fine... surface rust gets ground off and painted... either way silly-cone does not belong there nor will it help the issue at hand.

Should have just drilled a small drain hole in the bottom of the crossmember. Dig that silicone out of there...
