Can anyone here please let me know the proper way to adjust the throttle/timing links on this motor?

This is a kicker for my boat and spends 90% of its time at trolling speed so I just want to get it all perfect and running as well as I can. I rebuilt the carb, replaced fuel lines and put a fuel pump kit in it.

Altho it runs ok, it just seems that the timing is not quite right..if the timing is ok, I still want to verify this.
