Where on block does negative cable connect?

Hello, guys.

1988 Force 85 hp.

Where on the engine block should the negative battery cable be attached?

On my 1988 125HP motor, the negative cable is attached to a bolt on the side of the block close to the starter solenoid. Right where my finger is pointing. The copper clamp in the picture is on the head of the bolt that attaches the neg. cable to the block.

Right under the starter is were the factory put it.Right where PNW shows you.
