My Coworker suggested I should weld my leaking rivets. He said he could also weld all the rivets on the boat. Goor or bad Idea. Please help. Thx

Not a good idea. Welding stresses the aluminum and can lead to cracking. If they only leak just a little bit don't worry. If you put a gallon or better in the bilge in an hr, it probably needs some attn

Rivets are an easy fix without welding or using goo to stop leaks:
1989 Sylvan Boat Rebuild Part 4 - YouTube

Welding the rivets in that Tracker would be a big mistake. First off there's a lot of urethane foam in your boat (or should be) like this:

Secondly, there's a rubber/latex gasket material in the seams of your boat that will burn. When this gasket material burns your boat will leak 100 times worse than a few leaky rivets.

Fix your leaking rivets like in the video and you'll be good as new without setting fire to your boat.
