Where the heck are you supposed to hook up water to flush this darn thing? :/

I read that there is a hose on the starboard side of the engine with a blue cap and a water symbol...I'm here to tell you I just rebuilt that engine and handled every hose in the boat and I saw no such thing. I was also under the impression that I owned every flush attachment known to man....apparently not. At the rear of the lower unit there is a 1/2" size hole underneath and to the back....I'm assuming this is where it picks up water in the lake, but I haven't seen an attachment that would fit such a thing. Any suggestions? I need to break this engine in and I'd rather do it on the hose vs drive it to the lake.
