I Picked up a Johnson 9.5 MQ-11 a few months back and am having power issues at WOT. I've gone from several issues with rough idle and have fixed that. Now I have intermittent WOT low power. I have cleaned, rebuilt and tuned the carb, changed and reset all ignition parts, changed impeller and thermostat. Compression is 70 on both cylinders and have great spark. While on the lake it runs good(16 mph on a 14' flat bottom jon) until i stop to fish. It re-starts good and idles good but after sitting it will only reach about 7mph. It does this without fail every time I hit the lake. Have any of you had this problem and some suggestions as to what I can do to remedy this?
