Hydro locked motor

Hydro locked my 4.3 mercruiser. Did a compression test on starboard side and have nothing? Could this mean I bent my connecting rods?

Bent rods usually have only minor compression changes and will not cause 0 compression.
Did you have water in all 3 cylinders on the stbd side?
How long was the water in the cylinders?

Had water in all 3 cylinders on strbd side . Water has only been in there couple days

If in salt water, you could have rusted valves not closing.
