yamaha 115 4 stroke wont start or idle when warm

Engine will start when cold and will power until slow up and then engine drops revs and wont idle or restart without choke. Will start with choke but when choke is pushed off the engine stops.

Being it has a choke, then it must be a carb'ed engine. Your low speed jets are plugged.
