Ok so, I'm 4 hours from home with my pontoon boat , my engine service manual is at home.
Engine won't idle worth flip. found #3 coil will never fire while turning over with starter.

I swapped power/signal from powerpack #2 cylinder grn/wht-middle cylinder coil wire with #3 cylinder grn wire.
No spark at number 2 cylinder now, so my coils are good.

The spark from other two coils is very powerful.

My main question is about the signal to powerpack,
Can I swap these trigger wires to the powerpack to confirm problem is from stator or a dead output on powerpack.
Would be really nice to know before dropping $200+++ On a powerpack.

Powerpack wiring From my taxed memory:

the red/blue/black-yellow is power/power and kill respectively.

Then I have the 3 green coil wires (coil primary inputs)

That leaves the trigger wires to powerpack, which is what I'm thinking I might could swap around to confirm where problem is. The wires are blk/brn/wht/wht-blk.
Is this possible? If so which of these can I swap.
Any help greatly appreciated.

Would you happen to know Which wire is the common. There are 4 wires coming from trigger, one should be common and others should be triggers
They are black, purple, white and white/blk.
I don't want to fry it trying to isolate problem.
