I replaced the diaphragm kit .in a 2003 mercury xr6. The boat will not open up on the water. I came back home and rechecked check valves spring and caps made sure and diaphragms and gaskets are in the correct place. I could not find any yhong i had done wrong to keep the motor from opening up. I would appreciate any advice about what i
