Little 6 hp 4 stroke......is related to 15hp?????

I was on ebay and someone is selling a 6 hp power head and suggested it's the same as the 15 hp power head....
I have a 2001 model long shaft in great shape (6hp)...and find that connection hard to believe.....
If it is related what are the differences.

So this motor could be the block for a larger motor perhaps. I know that the honda 9.9 and the 15 hp are similar. The carbs are different and the cams aren't the same for a 2001 year.
any thoughts???

I don't know of any 6hp engines that share the same or similar block as a 15hp from any manufacture. Alot of 4.5/6/7.5/8hp and 8/9.9 and 9.9/15 combos though. Heck, most/all 4 stroke 6hp engines are singles while 8-15hp are twins.
