Hello! New to this site. I'm trying to help a friend who says her Minn Kota E-drive just clicks when she tries to rotate it into the water. So, my questions: 1. Is there a way to manually drop the motor down? 2. Is the most likely cause of this a gear problem, or bad motor. She says her batteries are charged...... Many thanks, Eric
