1986 Johnson 70hp issue

New guy needing help and i appreciate any given. MY 86 70hp johnson 2 stroke is actingup. boat idles and runs beautifully. reverse is no issue. however forward i have no prop spin. changed the lower unit oil and had no metal shavings. cable for shift is good and tight. just no forward :( any help or suggestions

you may want to check everything in your control box and make sure everything is sound and nothing is broken inside
