Im looking for some information and I understand this forum usually provides sound boating info. I have a Brooklure 500 motor that belonged to my dad who has passes. Brooklure was made in the 50's marketed by Spegiel. I remember going out on Lake Erie NY in the 70's on weekend fishing trips. The motor is whole with a minor dent in the tank and hasn't run in years. If there are any readers in the Vermont area interested or someone in dire need for some rare parts I can be contacted. If anyone knows of a corrector or someone that just wants some vintage marine stuff I'd be interested in hearing from them. In my dads memory I just do want it to end in a junk yard..
