Where is the best place to find parts for my 71 mercury 500 with the thunderbolt ignition? I'm looking for the distributor cap, plug wires, and some other electrical wiring on the motor.
The distributor cap is in Fort Knox. Check ebay and you'll see what I mean. We need a serial number to pin point exactly which cap you need. Advance Auto parts has the copper core plug wire you need. What wiring?
