That's a 2-cyl carb 4-stroke with ABS and accelerator pump.
Grab a Factory service manual, and using it as a guide, diagnose the problem. Likely need to clean the carb, but could be any number of problems. Don't guess -- diagnose. Verify oil is not over full, then... Start with the fuel system, and if NTF (no trouble found), continue to the ignition and mechanical systems, in that order.
If the motor seems lean (sounds like it), the most common situation is varnishing in the carb due to not running the carb out at the end of each and every day. If so, you will need to remove the carb, completely disassemble it (even all jets and the emulsion tube "nozzle"), and do a 4-hour soak in real carb cleaner, followed by a liberal blow-out of all passages with generic carb spray... then a careful reassembly, paying particular attention to float height.
