I have a 1994 volvo penta 7.4 that starts fine when is cold. After running for awhile and stop the boat it will not start. The temp gauge does not show that it is overheating. The temp runs about 170-175. I have a total cooling system installed. When you turn the key the starter does nothing. The only way to get it start is to jump the terminals on the starter and then it runs great until you cut it off again. Any ideas where to look?
