Yes. As much as I'd like a new floor, I think it would be cost-prohibitive for me. I've been exploring interlocking aluminum planking, too, as a possible alternative. Clean up the edges and fabricate something that would possibly lock into stringers. It would have added rigidity and it would be lighter than marine ply.
There are factories that makes them to fit to order, but necessarily will have to me made in extra heavy duty reinforced fabric to achieve top rigidity, same as found on military sibs, expect to pay a real fortune. Air floors usually costs more than alum panel floors. Better ask Rambo to lend you one
