hi,im hoping someone may have had the same issue im having,and knows how to rectify it..bought a 16ft.lund fishing boat with a 1996 mercury sea pro tiller,manual start.It starts right up on the first pull,idles fine but when you twist the throttle w.o.,it feels like she's bogging down,goes like its a 20hp,like she has more to give but just cant give it??? thanks in advance-jamie
