1995 johnson 150 water pressure

When I trim my engine up at wot throttle what should my lowest pressure be? Something like don't let it go under a certain pressure will do... I am thinking 14-15 psi? thanks..

Normally a motor will ventilate, before you tilt it high enough to lose water pressure. Is that what you are seeing?
