I just replaced the points on the engine , now for some reason the lower cylinder has no spark at idle, but at higher rpm the spark comes back . Then after I let off the throttle it Boggs down, Maybe one of the coils is bad should I try swapping them to see if the problem reverses or not :blue:

Sounds like a bad connection at the coil for the lower cylinder. As you twist the throttle, the plug wires move and follow the ignition plate. A loose or corroded connection will show up with the symptoms you've described.
