25hp merc runs for a min then shuts off

Engine will keep running as long as u squeaze primer bulb. Fuel pump internals are all new, fuel lines new, fuel filter new, carb fresh rebuild. Its getting fuel to the filterbut not pulling fuel. The filter cup stays full when it shuts off. It was doing this before all new parts and rebuild. Nothing helped so far. Where to look now?

thanks for the reply but i found the problem...when i reinstalled the carb i put the gasket on backwards blocking the fuel pump vacum port lol o well atleast its fixed now
