1987 140hp evinrude ran good yesterday. If your standing in the back of the motor the right side was getting hot because it wasn't pumping enough water to come out of per hole. Today I went to choke it and fuel came out the red enrichner knob,it had a crack in the knob. I took the fuel inrichner off and replaced the knob and the leak stopped. I go and try to crank it it started relving up and down like its fixing to cut off and it cut off. I think I put the lines back in the enrichner correct. The carbs are cleaned. I checked the spark and its ok. Compression is. 105,120,118,110. Please please help me if u can. Thanks.
