2001 omc down trim not working from handle.up is fine and both work from the engine case side.i put different relays in different spots on board,still the same.traced wires from where it unplugs from handle harness up to the engine to where it unplugs and put 12v to plug and it works up and down when i switched around the 12v wires 3 wires blue,white,green. Any ideas maybe break in wires thru hull 20ft 2001 angler cc 150 johnson
