trim issue

trim.jpgHi am new to the forum and wanted to start off with a problem that's been troubling me. I have a 94 Yamaha 75 2 stroke. My motor sometimes tilts down on its own slowly. Usually when I tilt it back up it seems to stay in place. It also get sticky sometimes. I think it may be low on fluid, but I can't figure out where to put it in. I can't find a screw to remove or fitting. All I can see is a hard metal line that goes into what I'm guessing is reservoir. Thanks for any help

Thank you for reply. How much do I put in there? Whole tube? Reservoir was nearly dry
